Rental Information
- Our season begins Memorial Day Weekend and ends in October.
- Payment Methods Accepted: Credit, Debit cards, and E-Checks via payment tab. (No cash or physical checks accepted)
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancel within 72 hours of booking - Full Refund
- Cancel up to 60 days prior to reservation - 90% Refund
- Cancel up to 30 days prior to reservation - 50% Refund
- Cancel up to 10 days prior to reservation - 25% Refund
- Cancel less than 10 days prior to reservation - Refund of cleaning fee only
- If a group reservation is being coordinated; one representative must be assigned to complete the payment as a whole.

- Check-in: 4:00 PM (Earlier check-in can be requested if rooms are available)

- Linens are furnished. Towels and bedding are not changed daily. Should that be important to you, there is a village laundromat nearby.
- Kitchens are equipped with appliances, basic cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave ovens.
- Children must be supervised at all times. Children 10 years of age and younger must wear life jackets while on the pier.
- We request that all guests respect quiet time and fellow guests’ privacy before 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM.
- Due to limited parking space, we request one vehicle per cottage. All others (including trucks and oversized SUV’s) must park on our lawn on the upper level.
- Additional Rules
- Booking guests agree to host the accurate number of guests in the cottages. Exceeding guest limit may result in a $100.00 fine per additional guest per night.
- Unauthorized Parties are not allowed. Parties can only be authorized by host. Violation may result in immediate eviction as well as damages.
- Smoking is not allowed. Violation will result in a $100 fine in addition to damages including smoke residue removal and lost revenue. Smoking includes tobacco, marijuana, vape, and/or any other type of smoking.
- If anything is broken or damaged during the stay, guest agrees to immediately communicate to host. Guests will not be charged for damages that they did not cause. Failure to disclose damages may result in an additional $100 administrative fine. Stained linens and/or towels are considered damages.
- Guest agrees to pay any and all damages in full as determined by host without mediation or disagreement, including labor, materials, and administrative fee.
- Guest agrees to leave property as they found it. Any used kitchen items will be washed and put away, furniture will be left where it was found, and the property will be left clean and free of debris.
- Guest agrees to fully comply with all local laws. Guest also agrees to not disturb neighbors with loud sounds, music, or aggressive behavior at any time.
- Guest agrees to arrive and communicate any issues by 9pm, as host is unavailable past this time. If guest arrives past 9pm, guest accepts property as is.
- The violation of any house rules may result in immediate eviction. Eviction is not cancelation. Eviction may result in loss of rental payment. Guest agrees to agree to this rule with full compliance.
